SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt. We ship most orders via USPS.
WHEN WILL MY BOOK ARRIVE?
We work hard to get your books in the mail as quickly as possible. Please allow up to seven days between order confirmation and ship date. When your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
Positive Push Press ships domestically via USPS Media Mail. Packages typically take 2-8 business days from the time you receive confirmation to arrive at their destination.
If you’re an international customer, books are shipped via USPS International. Packages can sometimes take up to 30 business days to arrive, depending on their destination.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay, and the remaining eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Positive Push Press adds tracking labels whenever possible. You can track your package through your order confirmation email.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Books purchased on positivepushpress.com may be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment. Be sure to pack the items properly, as all returned items must arrive in resalable condition and accompanied by the receipt in order to qualify for a refund. The refunded amount will be less the processing cost of the purchase. You will be credited an amount less than the original purchase price. Positive Push Press will credit the customer’s credit card. No cash refunds.
There are no refunds on digital book purchases (eBooks).
